For property managers
One building, many flats, one access per door.
Pay once per flat
The company buys a building's slots once. Each flat uses one slot — no subscription, no recurring cost per tenant.
Tenant changes are free
When someone moves out, their slot frees up and costs nothing for the next resident. The sign stays on the door, only the access moves.
Handover by secure link
For each flat you create a one-time link and give it to the new resident. They register themselves. A previous tenant who never signs off is disconnected automatically.
Your own manager portal
As a manager you get your own area where you see your buildings and flats and create or revoke handover links yourself — no detour through us.

Answered
briefly.
No. The sign opens a web page – on any iPhone or Android device, with no download, no account, no sign-up.
You still get the request and can reply. If you don’t react, the visitor can leave a door note – with a callback number if they like. With the status “Do not disturb” TapTex even answers automatically.
No. There is no electronics inside that would need power. It works by NFC tap and additionally via the printed code.
Never. All communication runs through TapTex. You see the request, the visitor sees only your reply.
Yes. A building has one front door and therefore needs only one sign. Whoever bought it invites the neighbours by link: everyone gets their own account, their own notifications and their own name in the visitor’s list – nobody sees anyone else’s history.
You pay €59.00 once for the sign – personalisation, shipping and access to the software with no running costs are included. Doorbell sign and parcel sign are two separate products at €59.00 each; each additional access costs €39.00. One access comes with the sign; from 3 further ones in a single purchase each costs only €29.00 – regardless of material, size or type of sign.
No. You pay once at purchase, and nothing after that – no subscription, no notice period, no recurring usage fees.
A rate limit caps requests per time window, five in ten minutes by default. You can also block the sign temporarily at any time.
