Safety information: The sign is intended for mounting on a house wall, door or letterbox. Check for hidden cables or pipes before drilling. Adhesive mounting only on a clean, dry and solid surface. Not a toy — keep away from small children.

The company buys a building's slots once. Each flat uses one slot — no subscription, no recurring cost per tenant.
Tenant changes are free
When someone moves out, their slot frees up and costs nothing for the next resident. The sign stays on the door, only the access moves.
Handover by secure link
For each flat you create a one-time link and give it to the new resident. They register themselves. A previous tenant who never signs off is disconnected automatically.
Your own manager portal
As a manager you get your own area where you see your buildings and flats and create or revoke handover links yourself — no detour through us.
